First off i think i should change the name of this blog to "How to think of utterly nonsensical stuff when there is tons of work lined up and you are trying to think of nonsense just so that you are not thinking of the main job"!..What better way to make a blog title more confusing and utterly foolish!!
Anyways, me has lately been thinking a lot about what to write. Should i be like this intellectual sorts writing about Indian politics or the bullish US something or should i maybe write about philosophy or my college or something "intellectual"! Then i realized that nothing of this really appeals to me!..Yeah, too much of self imposed intellectual shit is not my cup of tea i guess!..
So here i was wondering!. wondering wondering...2 mins gone....Well 2 mins thinking gets to me so i log onto FB!..Mils of updates on the day to day happenings of people...Sumbody is working too hard, sumboy is missing sumthn, sumbody is in a new place or the latest one doing the rounds are news of engagement and marriages. Jeez! Marriage season is here !! Reminds me, my mom is sure gonna be asking me soon! :-I
Browsing through the posts, yet again, a nonsensical thought brushed through my mind!. Are we addicted to FB!..Is fb the only way we stay connected to people? Or showcase the fact that we live a hip and happening life?!.Well honest confession it sure did start happening to me till i finally started to realize, that hey thats not me!..STOP!!!
On a generic note though, FB has become one of the few places of social entertainment.! Vr wonder why the most frequent users of FB are the people abroad?..Why FB becomes the place for them to post their updates ?! Catch up with friends? Post mils of "supposedly happy" photos?!
Well, I come in this segment! And I think i do know the reason why!. When you are there, home away from home, a sense of loneliness engulfs and although you want to really do something about it, you really can't coz of the busy lifes that most people of the US lead!..Loneliness in "busi"ness..yes thts hits the nail on the head :D!..So what do you do? Facebook...Voila!..Eureka!..Comment on how neat your friends photos are, royally bash your next door foes, post mils of your own updates etc etc..What a life ;)!..
I wonder what the supposed "value" for FB is. Maybe :
"http://facebook.com..the gen-next way of keeping in touch!. Fast and reliable, comment on your nearby neighbours online!..Why take the trouble of going over!?..It also comes packaged with loads of games, goodies and kewl apps..so you really do have a lot going on there!.." :D
Oh well that a lot of fb and me bashing that i got going on there!..Like i said "utter nonsense" is the keyword for searching this piece of junk!..
